Max Maner oversees Goodwin’s technical infrastructure and facilities, clients/community onboarding, portfolio acquisitions, and improvement of the client experience. He also works in business development for the firm statewide.

Working at Goodwin since 2004, Max has climbed the ranks, from simple beginnings in the mailroom to working in compliance and community management, bookkeeping and IT systems. Later, he became the Controller, overseeing several mergers and acquisitions of smaller community management firms in the state. Max’s responsibilities have grown to serving the firm as Vice President of Systems and Integration to his current role of Vice President of Revenue serving 5 management companies comprised of more than 1,700 associations and 361,000+ units across Texas and Colorado.

A native Austinite, Max has served on several advisory boards and boards of directors. Outside of the office, he is passionate about community service and diversity engagement, volunteering with several local animal shelters and community centers. Max attended St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas.
